Evolved : Capricorn takes life seriously. She takes pride in following tradition. She is a lover of history and things that last. Capricorn is often a scholar and does well at the university level. She is interested in social issues and the welfare of the community. Capricorn is adaptable and ambitious. She is at home in government positions. She is diplomatic, tactful, practical and pragmatic.
Yet she is not aloof, but keenly interested in the betterment of society. She is earthy and sensual and brings pipe dreams down to earth. She is not a pioneer, but can be an inventor of practical items, and an excellent purveyor of traditional values and methods of doing things. Capricorn is steady, patient, constant. She excels in building, engineering, technical pursuits, as well as poetry and the arts. The Capricorn artist has a solid, earth feel to her craft and it expresses the solidity and constancy of Capricorn.

Capricorn can succeed in projects that other signs would give up on. She keeps on, steadily and patiently, until the job is done. She is usually successful in life because, like the goat, she keeps moving up the mountain and learning from those who went before her.

Emotionally, the Capricorn can be, quite romantic and earthy, but she never lets her emotions get in the way. She knows what is important for her and it isn’t to get lost in feelings. Feelings are things to put on and enjoy, but to put aside if they get in the way.

Capricorn is a long-lived sign. Although she may be weak and sickly as a child, as she grows older, she becomes healthier and healthier. Capricorn often lives to ripe old age and remain active up to the very end. What does effect her health is worry and gloom. She sometimes ignores exercise, even though it is vital for Capricorn to take care of her bones. And she is inclined to have sensitive skin, allergies, be emotional, have sensitivity to chemicals that play havoc with her skin.
