Conjunctions

Planets are in conjunction when they are within orbs of being in the same degree. They are usually in the same sign, but a planet in the last degrees of one sign may be in applying aspect to a planet in the first degrees of the following sign and, in turn, a planet in the first degrees of one sign may be in separating aspect to a planet or point in the sign preceding it.

A conjunction is the most powerful aspect. It marries two planets, joining their forces into one. Conjunctions produce intense concentration of the planets involved and a condensation of individuality. We will assert the blended qualities of the two planets no matter what, almost as a compulsion. A conjunction indicates creativity in the expression of the dynamics of the planets involved and there is a reserve of energy to persist in spite of any obstacles.


SUN
SUN CONJUNCT MOON
