On the day that Pluto returns to the position held in the return chart, an issue that one has put off or even dreaded may finally be confronted. The individual either realizes that time has run out and is forced to finally make a move, or becomes tired of avoiding the situation and now has the energy to deal with it.
This may be a relatively minor issue, but occasionally the transit will signal a time of overcoming some larger obstacle. A sense of personal power and control will usually aid the individual in expert handling of the issues that evolve.
