On the day that Pluto returns to the position held in the return chart, an issue that one has put off or even dreaded may finally be confronted. The individual either realizes that time has run out and is forced to finally make a move, or becomes tired of avoiding the situation and now has the energy to deal with it.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Neptune
Neptune has two quite different sides. It often reflects deceptions or the surfacing of confusing issues. The individual may be fearful or unsure regarding a situation, and if decisions are made without having all the facts at hand, it can bring about setbacks for the individual.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Uranus
Uranus returning to its Solar Return degree brings about an eruption that may seem untimely or out of control. Sometimes the events associated with Uranus are out of the blue and unexpected.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Saturn
Saturn returning to the degree it held in the Solar Return generally brings up issues of responsibility and/or interaction with authorities. Saturn issues often deal with business situations, and long-term efforts toward achievement.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Jupiter
Jupiter's return to its Solar Return degree can usually be anticipated for the benefits it brings. Like Venus, it often coincides with social occasions. Favors or gifts may be received, and it usually brings money or some other form of good fortune.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Mars
Mars passage over its degree in the Solar Return brings a release of energy and usually calls for decisive action to be taken by the individual. Sometimes a needed confrontation brings a sense of relief.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Venus
Venus returning to its Solar Return
position generally brings a pleasant social occasion. This might be fairly significant, and the individual could meet a romantic partner or form an important relationship. Frequently there are gifts, favors, or money received at this time.
Retrograde planets in Solar Return chart - Mercury
If Mercury is retrograde in the Solar Return or turns retrograde soon after the birthday, it will pass over the degree it held in the return one or two more times. Generally, there will be news or some communication that will alter original plans.

Mars in Cancer 2013
Fiery Mars moves into weepy Cancer on July 13 and Saint Thomas has me thinking about our stomachs and digestion. In fact, old Thomas filled my head with digestion and stomach thoughts before I was fully awake, as he is known to do. Since, I'm a Cancerian and I have dealt with digestion problems over the year and a sensitive stomach to boot, he thought I was the ideal candidate to write this post. As if I don't have enough work on my plate already, hmmmm.
Saturn Turns Direct in Scorpio July 2013
Saturn is currently stationing in Scorpio and will go direct just after midnight on July 8. As it drags its heels to a stop in the zodiac, it permeates the overall astro scene with its themes - its dreaded, depressing, arduous, isn't-that-a-bummer themes.
Saturn is the planet that (eventually) leads us to position, advancement, success, prestige, and recognition in the public realm. It spurs us to reach our grandest potential in these human forms. But it rides our asses like a rented mule in the process.
Since entering Scorpio in October 2012, Saturn has been doing a slow dredge within the structural set-ups of our lives and of our societies, at large. It has drawn out into our concrete realities certain emotional and psychological truths that have up until now been submerged or semi-submerged. We are now aware of the deep, dark, disturbing subtext in ways we weren't before. Our awareness of underlying energy dynamics has increased. We've honed and utilized our X-Ray vision. Whip-smart, razor-sharp.

What Is a Cusp? - Astrological Cusps
A cusp is the point at which a new astrological sign begins.* Thus, the “cusp of Aries” means the point
at which Aries begins. (The word comes from the Latin word cusp is, meaning “point.”)
When someone speaks of being “born on the cusp,” he or she is referring to a birth time at or near the beginning or the end of an astrological sign. For example, if you were born on July 23, you were born on the cusp of Leo, the sign that begins on July 23. Indeed, depending on what year you were born, your birth time might even be in the last degree of Cancer. The Sun does not move into a new sign at exactly the same moment each year, and the dates for the different Sun signs may vary by a day or so. Even if the Sun were moving into Leo on that day, what time of day did this happen? Were you born while the Sun was still in Cancer or after the Sun entered into Leo? If your birthday is near the beginning or end of a sign, check the

Mercury retrograde Summer 2013 - and past lives
WHEN Mercury is retrograde, as it is now, it is an ideal time to explore your past lives. If you have a reading with a psychic during Mercury retrograde, past lives are an excellent subject, while, on the other hand, asking him about your future during Mercury retrograde is not likely to be as good.
Is this because Mercury rules time?
Well, no, it does not. Saturn rules time, as is shown by one of his alter-egos, Chronos, as in chronometer or time-keeper. Mercury, as it happens, are the hands on that watch. When Mercury is retrograde, those hands
move backwards. As I constantly admonish, astrology is literal. We just have to realize that and figure out ways to literally use it.

July and August 2013 horoscope
Aries (3/21-4/19)
JULY opens with fiery displays of patriotism. This symbolizes the Aries-like need to express pride and loyalty to country. Things feel different
after the 12th. Actually, it’s “feelings” that are different.
You are suddenly drawn into the world of emotional floods. There
are tasks now, which require serious reflection. Inside, you find that
small spark at your core. The Rams have the right gear ratio to generate great energy from that small central spark. The 20th is the
best day to manifest your dreams. Respect your superiors to reach
goals this month.
